**[ARFC] Increase Bridged USDC Reserve Factor Across All Deployments**

_Vote Result_: YES

_ **Rationale** _

Increasing RF for bridged USDC to reduce its attractiveness in comparison with native USDC on these markets is sensible, since native USDC is a lot safer and is a cleaner asset. Hence, encouraging migration to native USDC is necessary and leads to a cleaner market. This method has been used successfully on other markets. Therefore, we will vote YES in favour of this proposal.
