**[ARFC] Aave v3.4 Candidate**

_Vote Result_: YES

_ **Rationale** _

We’re wary about too many upgrades and updates to such a large codebase, as mentioned in our [comment](https://governance.aave.com/t/arfc-bgd-aave-v3-4/21572/8), but given that BGD Labs has mentioned that the code will be very carefully reviewed by all concerned parties post the ARFC stage, we are happy to vote YES in favour of this proposal right now.
