**[ARFC] Onboard Pendle PT tokens to Aave V3 Core Instance**

_Vote Result_: YES

_ **Rationale** _

As per our [comment](https://governance.aave.com/t/arfc-onboard-pendle-pt-tokens-to-aave-v3-core-instance/20541/6), we think the dynamic linear discount rate model, with Chainlink under the hood, makes sense. Both risk providers are in favour of this proposal, as is BGD Labs. Therefore, we will vote YES in favour of this proposal.
