this documentation is controlled by the @AaveLabs so up to them to stay up to date.

we worked with stable labs to do this : [Aave Finance Governance Process v0](https://governance.aave.com/t/aave-finance-governance-process-v0/11402) it’s not perfect, but it’s a start, it will be updated to reflect governance decisions.
