[ARFC] Gauntlet E-Mode Methodology: Aave V3 Liquid Staking Tokens

Thanks for the feedback @fig. The goal is to improve user experience by setting more specific caps that balance capital efficiency needs more effectively. This means that if we analyze the total borrows and total supplies of users who supply stMATIC and MaticX to Aave V3 Polygon, we can observe that many suppliers of MaticX and stMATIC (not using e-mode) are less aggressive in borrowing compared to users in the Matic Correlated E-mode. By allowing the adjustment of borrow and supply cap parameters, as well as future parameter growth, we can promote maximum growth with the protocol. In summary, fine-tuning caps and adjusting parameters can enhance load-balancing and promote the protocol’s growth.
