[ARFC] Onboard wstLINK to Aave V3 Core Instance

Hello,

Now that Aave 3.6 is around the corner Let’s revisit this proposal.

With the benefit of V.3.6 we can tailor risk parameters centered around precise usecases fitting for this asset:

We recommend an onboarding with LTV0 and two emode configurations:

  1. High LTV stLINK/LINK emode with Stlink as collateral only and LINK as borrow only
  2. more conservative emode with stLINK as collateral only and USDC/USDT/GHO/USDe as borrow only.

We are inviting @ChaosLabs and @LlamaRisk to provide updated risk parameters.

We are also inviting @bgdlabs to provide a technical analysis on the asset.
