Team, awesome ARFC, I will be voting yes on this proposal.
Although I am genuinely saddened to see Chaos Labs leaving the DAO, I have strong confidence in LlamaRisk and appreciate the energy and readiness they are bringing to this responsibility.
I did compare this proposal against Chaos Labs’ prior scope here : Chaos Labs last year proposal
and I would love a bit of follow-up on two items that did not seem to be explicitly mentioned here:
- Reserve factor Risk Oracle tuning. I did not see reserve-factor tuning clearly listed in the Llama proposal’s deliverables or V3 scope summary.
- Risk Steward execution and automation. I understand this is being handled through a manual implementation path, but it would be helpful to better understand how the proposed setup compares to the more immediate, bounded automation of Chaos. I personally like manual approach and I saw a video of Adam talking about Llamaguard NAV which will also be a nice approach here.
These are not blockers to my support, but additional clarity on these areas would be helpful. Overall, I support the $1.5M upfront, with a split similar to what Ezr3al proposed: $1.25M via Aave token and $1.25M through standard GHO - all streamlined over 12 months.
