I personally am not a huge fan of staking and wonder if it should even play a big part in Aavenomics 3.0. I’m of the Warren Buffett/Berkshire Hathaway camp that instead of distributing cash, AAVE should reinvest its earnings into operating businesses, new acquisitions, and token buybacks/burns. This way, wealth accrues to token price instead and shareholder ownership increases passively when/if tokens are bought back and burned.
