As highlighted in our recent discussion on Temp Check: BUIDL GSM, ensuring atomic execution of asset swaps for both buy and sell operations is vital. This approach guarantees that users receive the swapped asset instantly within the same transaction, preserving the seamless flow of user interactions. In the case of USTB, neither atomic subscriptions nor redemptions are available yet. Aave Labs is actively engaged in discussions with the Superstate team to address this feature.
On the other hand, our approach considers implementing several instances of GSM, each dedicated to a specific RWA asset. Although balancing of assets will not occur automatically, the Aave DAO can manage its risk exposure to each RWA asset and incentivize allocation and usage by adjusting the fee structure associated with each GSM. This approach will help the DAO accommodate changes from technical and risk perspectives as the RWA space evolves, while ensuring flexibility to adapt to new developments and opportunities.
