Vote: **Deploy a new Aave v3 Ethereum**

Llama is supportive of making a new v3 deployment on Ethereum. As noted in the [governance discussion](https://governance.aave.com/t/bgd-aave-v3-ethereum-new-deployment-vs-aave-v2-upgrade/9990/2), the complexity and added risk of a migration along with other benefits like being able to review assets listed and support GHO liquidity makes a new deployment more beneficial for Aave.
