**Strategic Investment Part 1 - BAL \<\> AAVE Token Swap**

We voted **YES** : An excellent idea that we voted yes to for two main reasons

- Balancer and Aave have long had working relations and cooperated in the past on various initiatives. This is another great idea to better the synergies between the two.
- A great way of diversifying treasuries and decreasing exposure and risk in Aave’s treasury.
