The eight values articulated in the delegate [code of conduct](https://snapshot.org/#/aave.eth/proposal/0x00a60204ac48099bccff1b5801299486f73ef97fb4b51773e74a22a9e767930c) were ratified and the [framework for recognized delegates](https://snapshot.org/#/aave.eth/proposal/0xef4162088e6f35a70021d3a132f5a329ab7a660a4869ce8af6b9d20c646c6c92) was approved on Snapshot. 2. The [Caps Plus Risk Steward](https://app.aave.com/governance/proposal/234/) proposal has been executed, which means that the RISK\_COUNCIL (a Gnosis Safe controlled by Gauntlet and Chaos Labs) can perform cap increases under specific conditions — reducing governance overhead. 3.
