**[ARFC] Transfer Assets From Polygon To Ethereum Treasury** _Vote Result_: YES _ **Rationale** _ We agree with the rationale to replenish the treasury on Ethereum and with the logic of transferring it from Polygon given the bridging contract developed by Llama only serving Polygon to Ethereum. Transferring BAL and CRV also makes sense given the DAO’s broader strategy. Therefore, we will vote YES in favour of this proposal. ---

**[ARFC] TokenLogic Hohmann Transfer** _Vote Result_: YES _ **Rationale** _ Given TokenLogic’s contributions to date and the amount they have worked at risk, it is only fair to reward them by including them in the Orbit programme as other delegates have been. This is separate from their proposals from parallel compensation and it is fair to consider it separately. Therefore, we will vote YES in favour of this proposal. ---

**v2 Deprecation Plan, 2023.10.03** _Vote Result_: YES _ **Rationale** _ It is important to deprecate the v2 market and migrate to v3 and ample time has been given to v2 participants to migrate their liquidity over. While this AIP will lead to $30k in borrows becoming liquidatable given market moves over the last few days, they have the ability to migrate their assets to v3 prior to the AIP being executed. Therefore, we will vote YES in favour of this proposal. ---

**[ARFC] Enhancing Aave DAO’s Liquidity Incentive Strategy on Balancer** _Vote Result_: YES _ **Rationale** _ We are aligned with this proposal since the Liquidity Committee already identified Balancer as a primary source of liquidity - this proposal is just executing on their findings. Onboarding it as a collateral-only asset with limited caps will also minimise risks for Aave. Therefore, we will vote YES in favour of this proposal. ---

**[TEMP CHECK] CRVUSD Onboarding on Aave V3 Ethereum Pool** _Vote Result_: YES _ **Rationale** _ Onboarding CRVUSD makes sense since it increases stablecoin diversity on Aave and strengthens the relationship between both Aave and Curve and CRVUSD and GHO. Moreover, it is a useful asset to be borrowed given its peg resilience to date. Not using it as collateral at the moment also minimises risk for Aave at the moment given how young CRVUSD is. Therefore, we will vote YES in favour of this proposal. ---

**[ARFC] Aave Events & Sponsorship Budget** _Vote Result_: YES _ **Rationale** _ While we abstained in the previous vote as in our rationale here, we think AaveCo’s justification for the budget makes sense, especially to promote GHO and increase its prominence and usage across the ecosystem. Aave also needs to maintain its position as a top DeFi protocol in light of converging business models from CRV and MKR, the latter of which has been doing especially well. There is quite a lot of competition in DeFi and maintaining a presence is important. A budget of $550k with the rest rolled over to next year if not used offers flexibility to move things around and downside protection. Therefore, we will vote YES in favour of this proposal. ---

**[ARFC] Add FXS to Ethereum V3** _Vote Result_: YES _ **Rationale** _ This is the ARFC for this [TEMP CHECK](https://snapshot.org/#/aave.eth/proposal/0x5993430a914555d46947d2da6412b73549500f2246e93ca96576653cb1cbf6af) that we voted in favour of according to our rationale [here](https://governance.aave.com/t/lbs-blockchain-society-delegate-platform/10254/483). We are in favour of Gauntlet’s recommendations since they are more conservative and will help mitigate risk, and the LT/LTV can be increased if need be. **[ARFC] Treasury Management - Add to rETH Holding** _Vote Result_: YES _ **Rationale** _ Increasing treasury yield while supporting decentralisation of LSTs is important.
