LlamaRisk fully supports the proposed v4 licensing framework. The BUSL-based repository license and the CLA were shared with us prior to publication for purposes of feedback and proposed edits. All of our recommendations and/or suggestions have been duly addressed or incorporated. These included, among other matters, considerations regarding the governing law and global reach of the license, the waiver of rights, and the scope of the licensed work.
As a result of our collaboration with Aave Labs, we can confidently state that the proposed version of the framework is sufficiently reliable and flexible to be adopted going forward.
