The wstETH market has reached it’s max supply capacity of 3,450 units. This has limited the new use of this asset as collateral for the purpose of borrowing and/or keeping a healthy LTV for current borrow positions. Clearly there is demand/desire to use the asset as collateral as even given the close to 0% Supply APY, the supply cap is still filled. I would like to propose increasing the wstETH supply cap and would like to hear the communities thoughts whether for or against.
