Impressive work—kudos to the entire ACI team.
It takes courage to be in your position, knowing the risks of challenging the status quo. I wish we could push even further and explore legal action, because:

  1. The centralization risk is demonstrable and real

  2. Governance has been effectively hijacked by Labs through undisclosed wallets

  3. Token holders deserve legal recourse for this governance capture; what’s the use case of AAVE (token) “govern” a treasury that is being drained by Labs? Morpho will win.
