AAVE v3 Solana (when?)

I’m very much a newb, but do I understand correctly that the v3 vote passed for Solana back in January means that eventually Solana Chain will be utilized on AAVE? I’ve seen nothing to suggest this and no solid news updates since it’s passed coming up to a year ago. I also see no mentions of Solana on v4 anywhere online.

Is Solana ever going to be launched on AAVE? Seems like it’s been a dead horse since the vote 9 months ago… Is there any ETA on it?

Hi, there aren’t currently any plans to deploy Aave on Solana.
There was a proposal to deploy it via Neon EVM but there were concerns by the DAO.

Also its important to understand that Solana is non EVM and basically needs a new codebase or at least adjusted codebase (correct me if I’m wrong) to have Aave there deployed.
So no ETA, but it might be possible to see Aave on Solana in the future.
