Add support for $USBD atablecoin from Bima, Bitcoin backed stablecoin

Hi all, I would like to propose to add $USBD stablecoin support on AAVE. We are bitcoin backed stablecoin going omni chains starting from Ethereum, Core and Hemi. Further will go on multiple other chains.
