Motivation
Following the discussion on Post Vyper Exploit - CRV Market Update and Recommendations, Chaos Labs and Gauntlet have aligned on disabling borrowing of CRV on the V3 Ethereum and Polygon markets.
Specification
The proposal will set the enabledToBorrow parameter to DISABLED.
