Vote: Deploy a new Aave v3 Ethereum
Llama is supportive of making a new v3 deployment on Ethereum. As noted in the governance discussion, the complexity and added risk of a migration along with other benefits like being able to review assets listed and support GHO liquidity makes a new deployment more beneficial for Aave.
