Rationale: This vote has been put to Snapshot without talking to the author. For an ARFC its normal to incorporate feedback from all the comments made into that proposal, adjust it and then put it up to vote. There have been many good comments made by different SP like Aave Labs, ACI and other non SP. It should be reworked and then put to vote in January for example.
