Summary
This proposal seeks to reduce the GHO borrow rate from 7% to 6% to adapt to current market conditions.
Motivation
Due to the upgrade to Aave 3.1 and until the GHO stewards are updated to be able to change the GHO borrow rate again, we are taking the direct AIP path. Following current market conditions and the overall low borrowing demand for stablecoins in DeFi, this AIP seeks to decrease the GHO borrow rate to maintain attractiveness and promote growth.

Next Steps
