Highlights

  1. The eight values articulated in the delegate code of conduct were ratified and the framework for recognized delegates was approved on Snapshot.
  2. The Caps Plus Risk Steward proposal has been executed, which means that the RISK_COUNCIL (a Gnosis Safe controlled by Gauntlet and Chaos Labs) can perform cap increases under specific conditions — reducing governance overhead.
  3. Also please note the e-mode changes across chains in AIP 233 below.
