I can't withdraw my's WETH from AAVE

I can’t withdraw my’s WETH from my AAVE account, i have in suply some ETH and ask for USDT since 2022, and now i want to witdraw 1 WETH from aave and it said (Assets with zero LTV (USDC.e) must be withdrawn or disabled as collateral to perform this action)

What can i do to recover my’s ETH?
