Ethereum (ETH) on the Arbitrum network has consistently reached its maximum borrowing cap of 90,000 ETH for an extended period. To enhance yields for ETH lenders and accommodate additional borrowers, I propose increasing the borrowing cap to 110,000 ETH. This new cap can be reviewed in a few months and adjusted accordingly based on market needs.
