Borrowing is concentrated in USDT held against syrupUSDT collateral under the syrupUSDT Stablecoins E-Mode category at LTV 90.0% and LT 92.0%, so the narrow health factor cluster reflects a position in which both legs are dollar denominated.

Recommendation

We recommend raising the supply cap from 50,000,000 to 100,000,000 on Aave V3 Core.

Cap Reductions

The following reserves have material idle headroom relative to current demand, and the proposed caps tighten that buffer.

sUSDe on Aave V3 Monad sits at 1.8% supply cap utilization (184,694 / 10,000,000). The proposed cap of 1,000,000 is approximately 5.41x current outstanding supply, landing at approximately 18.5% post-change cap utilization.
