We’d like to point out that there should ideally be more information provided from the proposers in the TEMP CHECK phase already, especially for assets that are not as prominently known. At this point, we’re not sure if it would be a misuse of resources for the risk service providers to assess the onboarding of this asset.
However, we’d be interested to see the revenue opportunity from and risk of onboarding tETH, which is why we will vote YES in favour of this proposal.
[TEMP CHECK] Horizon’s RWA Instance

Rationale
As per our comment, we think Aave Labs has incorporated significant community feedback from the first iteration of the Horizon proposal and the terms proposed here are fair. As we said, a 50-50 revenue share is better than what any other white-label instance of Aave has proposed, and the level of legal and regulatory effort that will need to be done shouldn’t be underestimated. It is critical for Aave to establish a strong presence in the RWA space and Horizon is an important part in the DAO doing so.
Therefore, we will vote YES in favour of this proposal.
[ARFC] LRT and wstETH Unification

Rationale
Updating the parameters of ETH LSTs and LRTs across Aave instances to increase capital efficiency is necessary, especially when LlamaRisk is in favour of the updates from a risk perspective. The delay between the initial slashing penalty and the correlation penalties provide a buffer against tail risks. Therefore, we will vote YES in favour of this proposal.

Therefore, we will vote YES in favour of this proposal.
