We will be re-enabling stkAAVE Emissions until July 15th in anticipation of the launch of Umbrella.
As for the questions raised here on why emissions stopped before the 180 day period, they did not. The previous announcement from May 5th was for stkGHO, while the one in February was for stkBPT, and this one is for stkAAVE.

We will be re-enabling stkABPT emissions and extending stkAAVE emissions for another 90 days once again following up on the last update as they come due over the next few months using their current values per day.

ABPT emissions have expired. Can we expect the ABPT updates proposed here with lower emissions, slashing, and cooldown to be pushed forward?

When will they be restarted? and will rewards be retrospectively given for this period at 0%?
I can’t answer on behalf of TL, but each time this happened in the past, everyone kept earning during the “off” time.
UI should probably not show 0% currently as it creates unnecessary stress on depositors.

UI can be adjusted, yes.
When will the UI be adjusted and when will we be able to resume claiming AAVE rewards for staking AAVE. There is a error when you try to claim to AAVE where you stake for 3.5%???
You should follow the governance proposals as well on the voting tab.
The emissions have indeed been restarted but with no retrospective reward payment for the last 14 days of staking. How and when will this be remedied?

Emissions have been restarted, the 2 weeks missed will be added in the next proposal (November funding) as an allowance as now we have the right number of days. It should be in the forum for voting this week.

This proposal seems to have been voted through but there has still been no payment for the missed period of staking as far as I can see. What is going on?

The missing allowance was increased with the November Funding proposal. You can claim the difference in rewards as you would normally do with that difference accounted for.

I have claimed the rewards and there was no additional amount for the missed period. I just claimed normally as i always have in the past and according to my calculations there has been no additional allowance made for the downtime in early November. If there is something I need to do to claim it then please let me know. Have other people been able to successfully do receive the missing rewards?

are you saying the token not distributed end of October/mid November have been included in the rewards dsitributed later ?
