Overview
Following an additional liquidity commitment from the Ethena team on the Mantle chain after the Aave v3 Mantle deployment, we recommend increasing the initial Supply and Borrow Caps for sUSDe and USDe further.
Onchain liquidity conditions are expected to increase by $5M between the two assets, along with the introduction of the Liquid Leverage incentive program.
