To allow distribution of pyUSD in aTokens as the reserve is currently at supply cap, the Risk steward will raise the supply cap to allow @ACI to deposit pyUSD and then distribute apyUSD to users.
After Snapshot monitoring, the current ARFC Snapshot has ended reaching both Quorum and YAE as winning option with 779.2K votes.

Sts/wS renewal will be on hold relative to the Balancer hack and the decision of @ChaosLabs to reduce the supply cap update. The current incentive round (Oct 31 - Nov 7) will be distributed as usual.
