Proposal: Add Support for ESD (Empty Set Dollar)

We would like to submit a proposal to onboard Empty Set Dollar (“ESD”). ESD Summary: ESD is an algorithmic stablecoin. honestly, all proponents similar to this post on ESD, DSD trading volume, liquidity, and marketcap has increased significantly in the last few weeks.

I believe DSD would be an excellent addition to AAVE.

DSD I think would be a great addition - liquidity and volume has remained healthy, has been trending on dextools #1 for a while now
