Need help migrating from v1 to v2

I’m a newbie and in search of some help/guidance on how to migrate from v1 to v3.
If this is not possible, how to migrate from v1 to v2 first, and then to v3?

My Aave tokens are on the Ethereum network:

Any guidance immensely appreciated.
