[TEMP CHECK] Add LIT to Aave v3 Main Instance on Ethereum

Summary
This TEMP CHECK proposes the onboarding of Lighter’s LIT token into the AAVE ecosystem. Lighter is an innovative perpetual exchange that works on Ethereum. Lighter is long term aligned with plans to bring RWA’s, Options trading and Prediction markets to Ethereum.
Motivation
Lighter is an innovative DEX that introduced zero fees to the perpetual exchange arena. It’s utility token LIT launched in December 2025 and the team clearly stated increasing the value of the token is one of their primary interests. It will be used for accessing the LLP, market making fee discounts, staking grants and future utilities to come.
Incentives:

Accessing LLP: For accessing LLP, for each 10 usdc one has to hold 1 LIT. People interested in LLP can borrow LIT for accessing LLP without risking their whole capital.

Market Makers: Market makers who want fee reductions by holding LIT might consider borrowing LIT from AAVE instead of buying in bulk from the market.

More utility for the LIT token: Above possibilities generate more utility and interest for lending LIT token. Since the project has long term vision, these use cases benefit both DAO and investors of Lighter.
Specification
Risk Parameters will be provided by Risk Service Providers and proposal will be updated accordingly.

Publication of TEMP CHECK to gather community & service providers feedback, and escalate to TEMP CHECK Snapshot.

Publication of a standard ARFC, if TEMP CHECK Snapshot passed, to continue collecting community & service providers feedback before escalating proposal to ARFC snapshot stage.

If the ARFC snapshot outcome is YAE, publish an AIP vote for final confirmation and enforcement of the proposal.
