ARC: Add Goldfinch FIDU as collateral to Aave V2

The RWA Market was initially launched to support the Centrifuge DROP tokens. However, it could easily be extended to support other tokens, like FIDU. We would need to consider the differences between the tokens and collateral types today, but it certainly could be done.
