why are these unborrowable doesnt it decrease the potential value of the aave token if these assets are unborrowable, why would aave governance want to decrease the value of their token are these just the people who paid to have their tokens protected or something
When aave makes so little genuine profit its value is derived from the fact how you wouldnt need the complete tvl of aave to borrow and leave with everyones money if you bought so much of it right? and i thought market making with treasurys that use aave would be great because it increases the value of aave when you sell but if they just do unborrowable staked assets so it adds so little value. It makes no sense why we would allow our customers to take funds and put them in unborrowable assets that decrease the value of our token. If every crypto token has a sharp borrowing limit then aave is worthless
