In my opinion it’s worth to give it a try given the little cost It has. My assumption is that Aave Arc only needs a push to start rolling and become self-sustainable.
Having said that, the main goal of the proposal is to upgrade contracts so they can distribute rewards. Incentives do not only come from stkAave; this is really interesting for teams that want to list their assets in this market (DPI, sETH for instance)
