Introduction

Hi everyone! No Trust Verify is a group of three individuals focused on experimentation in decentralized infrastructure, sovereignty, and privacy. We have been active Aave users and token holders since 2020.

In March 2025, we developed and launched the Aave Monitor browser extension to help Aave users monitor multiple accounts across different Aave markets in one place.

Since November 2025, we have decided to engage more deeply in decentralized governance and launch this delegate platform. You can follow our governance activity on this dashboard we built for you.

Why You Should Delegate to Us

We are not a business or an institution. We are an independent actor in this space, working to bring token holders’ voices into the governance process by participating in discussions and voting on your behalf.

As token holders ourselves, we are here to support the DAO and initiatives that improve the protocol while moderating risk and seeking new opportunities.

What Voters Can Expect From Us

  • We are fully dedicated to Aave token holders and will vote accordingly.

  • We will challenge initiatives that are not aligned with the interests of the Aave DAO and its token holders.

  • We will continue to provide tools for Aave users and our delegators.

Closing Thoughts

We are not paid for this. The size of your delegation does not matter; the fact that you choose to delegate to us does. By starting this delegation platform, we hope to get more Aave holders engaged in decentralized governance.

Just use Aave (and let us vote)

Recent events have sparked a lot of reflection and discussions, including here at No Trust Verify.

Long story short, we’ve decided to sunset this delegation platform and our participation in the protocol’s governance process. Unfortunately, we launched at the worst possible time — who would have thought…

It’s difficult and unusual to abandon such a project just a few months after starting it, and we’re grateful to all token holders who considered No Trust Verify and delegated their voting power to us.

We’ll obviously keep an eye on the governance forum, and who knows — governance will eventually decentralize, and we might consider getting involved again.

Also, we’ll continue building Aave Monitor and keep it up to date with new markets and new features.

All for now, cheers :folded_hands:

Sad to hear this. I’m working on a proposal to upgrade our delegation framework and I’d love for you to review it before you officially step back—hopefully, it convinces you to stay!

Hi @notrustverify.ch team! :waving_hand:

Really appreciate you launching this delegate platform. As someone researching on-chain governance from India, it’s refreshing to see independent, non-institutional delegates stepping up in the Aave ecosystem.

A few things that stood out to me:

“We are not paid for this” This is rare and valuable. Most governance participation today is incentivized by service provider relationships. Independent voices like yours are exactly what token holder governance needs.

The Aave Monitor extension is a great example of building real utility for users not just voting but contributing tools. That kind of commitment builds trust over time…..

One question how do you approach proposals where risk and growth are in tension? Would love to understand your decision framework.:maple_leaf:

MconnectDAO Freelance Researcher | Based in India | Still learning but paying attention. Disclosure: I have no financial relationship with any protocol, candidate, or entity mentioned. I hold no governance tokens. I am an independent researcher. @notrustverify.ch @AaveLabs

Let me quote a part of our introduction post to answer your question :

Growth is what we’re ultimately looking for. But only if execution is aligned with DAO and token holders interests, growth ends up by bringing value to both. We’re looking for sustainable growth, beneficial to all parties involved.

Exactly my thinking too.

Growth is the north star if the
project grows, token holders, treasury,
and the ecosystem all grow together.

My question is about the threshold
how much short-term risk is acceptable
for long-term growth? And who defines
that threshold in Aave governance…?

Is it delegates, token holders, or the
risk committees….? @notrustverify.ch @AaveLabs

Chaos Labs and Tokenlogic are Service Providers specialized in Risk management. They assess risk and recommend parameters or changes based on their assessments. But anyone can basically raise a risk-related topic or suggest a risk-related change, following a pre-defined template.

Recommendations get debated here in dedicated topics.

Ultimately things move to AIP stage, get voted, and get executed/implemented in case of a successful vote.
