I received an Airdrop of LEND back in 2018 and, I’m not sure how to find it, if I can or, if I should just remove the asset from my portfolio tracker, and forget about it. Portfolio tracker was never attached to my wallets.

You will only find it on your wallet. So you will need your wallet address and your private key to access those token.
