Why can’t someone send their AAVE to multiple addresses and use the same AAVE to vote multiple times on the same quorum, without actually increasing is AAVE stack?
Every vote has a snapshot. Your voting power is based on your AAVE ownership at the time of the snapshot. Transferring the AAVE token to another wallet would not give the new wallet any ability to vote in an existing snapshot.
