@rama2021 we have contacted Binance both before the proposal execution and now to explain how they can help by claiming on behalf of their users.

That being said, as @EzR3aL mentions, there is nothing else that we or Aave can do, as from the perspective of the rescue mission smart contracts, the address with rights to claim is the one who sent the tokens out, which is the withdrawal wallet of Binance.
