I’d like to propose that users who currently have their assets frozen on AAVE due to the 3rd party failures, and they don’t have any debt could sell their frozen collateral on free market with the discount to be able to release their funds from the protocol. This would mean transfer of the deposited collateral between different wallet addresses.
This already works today, aTokens are fully transferable and liquidity pools can be setup by interested LPs.
