GUSD Utilization (2023-01-25)
Gauntlet is notifying the community about the asset GUSD recently having utilization above 90% on Aave V2 ETH. There was a large outflow of supply of GUSD since Jan 20th.
The outflow yesterday impacted the liquidity pool to hit 100% utilization. We have not seen any increases in borrowing in the past couple of days. The current utilization rate has dropped to 92%. Since the increase in interest rates looks to be pushing the pool’s utilization rate lower, we do not recommend any actions at this time, but we will be monitoring the market.
